Till Gombert
The son of two photographers, Till Gombert was born 1991 in Freiburg, Germany. At the age of 13 he founded the filmmakers' collective Blackwood-Films. From his high school diploma onwards he was an intern on various national and international productions and now studies Media Art/Film at Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design.

“[ ]” is a collaborative work of Till Gombert (director & editing), Jason Stewart (camera & editing] and Roland Altmann (sound). Motionless Moving Images of photographic character like those of a large format camera, held in an almost documentary style, are constantly broken by a editing associative illustrations of magic Romanticism and architectural Modernism. A very silent crackle comes out of the woods, almost unheard. Is there still magic in this 21st century? A hunt for the unknown in today's world.
