Safia Benhaim

Safia Benhaim is a filmmaker. Daughter of Moroccan political refugees, her films, shown in movie festivals as well as contemporary art circuits, explore the question of exile, and strange territories between documentary and science fiction. Her film L’arrière-pays (The Interland) received the Grand Prix in one of the most important french short film festivals, Côté court.
